Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions for Petit Séjour Pamper Parties
1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your pamper party booking, 50% payment is required at the time of reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once the payment is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party date.
2. Party Duration
Each pamper party is designed to last approximately 2 hours. Please ensure that guests arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience.
3. Guest Capacity
We can accommodate up to 14 children per party. Unfortunately, we cannot exceed this limit, so please plan your guest list accordingly.
4. Age Restrictions
Pamper parties are available for children aged 4 to 12. For teen parties, alternative salon hire options are available; please inquire for details.
5. Event Styling
You are welcome to bring in your own event styling. We encourage you to share your vision, but all styling must be discussed and approved by Petit Séjour to ensure it is suitable for the space. Any styling brought in to our venue needs to be freestanding and cannot be secured to any walls or ceilings. We allow access to the space 30 minutes before your party start time for any decor setup. Fees apply for additional setup time.
6. Food and Refreshments
We provide light refreshments, including pink lemonade, snacks, and lunch, along with water and optional juice. If your child has specific dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please notify us at least 14 days in advance to avoid losing your deposit. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the party date will incur a fee of 50% of the total party cost. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full amount will be charged. Once the final guest count is confirmed, we cannot issue refunds for any children who do not attend the party.
8. Supervision and Parent Policy
Parents are not required to stay during the party. Our trained staff will provide full supervision. The salon door will be locked once the party begins and will reopen only at the end or for pick-up. We kindly ask that only the birthday child's parents remain inside due to space limitations; other parents can wait outside or drop off their child and return just before the party ends.
9. Liability
Petit Séjour is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the party. Parents must ensure that their child does not have any allergies or medical conditions that may affect their participation in pampering activities.
10. Photography and Social Media
By booking a party with us, you grant Petit Séjour permission to take photographs during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your child’s photo taken, please inform us in advance.
11. Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
The health and safety of our little guests is our top priority. While we take great care in selecting gentle, child-friendly products and offering allergy-conscious options, we kindly ask parents or guardians to inform us of any known food allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the event. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
12. Waiver of Responsibility
By booking and/or attending a party with Petit Séjour, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept that Petit Séjour and its staff are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other medical issues that may arise during or after the party. Participation is at the discretion of the parent or guardian, and any necessary medical precautions should be taken prior to the event.
