Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is included in a pamper party package?
Our pamper party packages typically include services such as mini manicures, shimmer makeup application, and themed activities. Please view our Services page for full information on the different party options. Additions can be made upon request, such as a cake, party bag upgrades, or specific decor.
 

2. How long does the pamper party last?
Our pamper parties are designed to last approximately 2 hours, depending on numbers and package this time may be just under or just over the 2 hour mark. Please note our Ultimate package extends to 2.5 hours. 

3. What is the maximum number of children I can invite?

Our salon can accommodate up to 16 children per party.
 

4. Are there any age restrictions for pamper parties?
We predominantly cater to children aged 4 - 12. We also offer other salon hire options for teen parties, please contact us at hello@petitsejour.com.au for more information.

5. Do you provide food and refreshments during the party?
Yes, we offer light refreshments upon arrival, including a glass of pink lemonade, sweets, snacks, and lunch, along with water and optional juice (upon request). If your child or guest has specific dietary needs, please let us know in advance.
 

6. Can I customise the party theme?
Our salon features a neutral aesthetic that provides a beautiful backdrop for any theme. We welcome your ideas and encourage you to share your vision. Whether it’s a colour scheme or specific decorations, we’ll work closely with you to seamlessly incorporate your chosen theme into the party’s decor and experiences, ensuring a personalised celebration for your child. Please note we do not allow anything to be nailed or stuck to our walls or ceiling.
 

7. How can I secure my booking? 
To secure your booking, a non refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. We’ll send you confirmation details once the payment is received, and full payment of any additional guests or extras will be due 7 days before your booking date.
 

8. What happens if I need to change the party date?  
If you need to change the party date, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
 

9. Are parents required to stay for the duration of the party?  
We kindly ask that strictly only the birthday child's parents (or 2 adults) remain due to space limitations; other parents can wait outside or drop off their child and return just before the party ends.
Our staff will provide full supervision for your group. The doors will be locked once the party begins and will reopen only at the end or for pick-up.
